A word about Conspiracy Theories
It can be said that as soon as someone compares an opposing viewpoint to Hitler, the person proposing the analogy has lost the debate. Similarly, when a viewpoint regarding question of the 9/11 events is labeled a conspiracy theory, that person demonstrates a lack of logic.
Considering that a conspiracy is defined as two or more people that agree in secret to commit a crime, the government’s official story of 9/11 events is certainly a story of a conspiracy. There are strong indications that the term is used in the mainstream media to intentionally discredit a particular viewpoint and an immediate, a priori rejection of an opposing view that does not deserve consideration.
Hence if someone is to be faithful to the position that we “should never tolerate wild conspiracy theories about 9/11”, then we must immediately reject the government’s story that 19 cave-dwelling Muslims brought our great country to its knees.
